Jacob's Ladder Bed & Breakfast is tucked away in the quaint village of Warner, New Hampshire. Its setting is perfect for a weekend get-away, or a long-awaited vacation. Decidedly small, this cozy B & B has a one bedroom suite, which is available year-round. The Rose Room Suite is comprised of three rooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a private bath and a study. This suite is comfortable for two people, or, can be easily transformed to accommodate up to four guests.  

Check-in: after 2:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Afternoon Tea/Cider: Served in the second-floor study.

Morning: Breakfast is served between 7:30 - 9:00 AM

There are plenty of activities to keep you busy in the surrounding areas. Warner is nestled in a valley just below Mount Kearsage in Merrimack County.

Breakfast
Each morning, the aroma of fresh-brewed coffee will awaken you for breakfast, which is served from 7:30 - 9 AM. One of our specialties is Tor's special Swedish pancakes, eggs and bacon!
